In the standard version, the machine delivers strong performance straight from the table. With six pallets in 5 to 1 machining and loading, a high density of tools can already be achieved in the basic version. Tool grinders who plan to run up to twenty one weekly shifts in fully automated mode will choose the new version with the fully integrated pallet loading system. This provides substantial capacity for large volumes and extended unmanned grinding operation. 

Guaranteed repeated accuracy and uncompromising precision are essential prerequisites for fully automated series production. Thanks to complete machining in just one clamping operation, there is absolutely no loss of quality and new production strategies become possible. The Multigrind® Radical is not selective. The production unit processes whatever is required, preferably complex rotary tools and plate tools in large quantities. If a small series needs to be inserted in between, it can be produced immediately without extensive programming.

All individual production steps are controlled by Multigrind® Multimation.
