Curvic Coupling? Complex. But not for us.

Adelbert Haas: Curvic Coupling.

Why use three machines when one can do it all?

Why use three machines when one machine can perform all required steps. At the Paris Air Show, we are showcasing how modern grinding technology can manufacture even the most complex aerospace components more efficiently, more precisely, and with less space. All with just one machine. Our highlight: Curvic Coupling. A demanding component used, for example, in helicopters.

Until now, manufacturing meant:

  • Machine 1: Grinding the external helical gearing.
  • Machine 2: Grinding the Curvic coupling teeth.
  • Machine 3: External and internal cylindrical grinding – in two separate steps.

With the Multigrind® CA from Adelbert Haas, we now complete the entire process in a single setup on one machine. This approach saves time and floor space and delivers an essential advantage: maximum repeatability.

Your benefits at a glance:

  • Complete machining in one continuous process.
  • No reclamping.
  • No machine changes.
  • Highest precision: Ideal for series production, prototypes, and one-offs.
  • An innovative grinding strategy that sets new standards.

If you are still producing on multiple machines and losing time to setup work and process transitions, it is time we talked.

Visit us in Hall 4 | Booth E4 at the Paris Air Show and experience how the Multigrind® CA makes the seemingly complex surprisingly simple.
