Your duties
- Metrological support for the application technology department
- Operation and programming of various measuring machines:
- Tactile 3D coordinate measuring machines: Zeiss (Calypso) and Leitz (Quindos)
- Zoller Genius for tool measurement
- Klingelnberg P26 for measuring gearing parts
- Mahr Konturograph and roughness measurement
- Alicona, optical form and roughness measurement
- Development of measurement strategies, measurement methods and measurement programmes for complex geometries and free forms
- Creation and analysis of measurement protocols
- Supervision of machine projects from a metrological point of view over the entire duration
Your profile
- Completed training in a metal profession with further training as a master craftsman/technician
- Ideally several years of experience in the field of 3D coordinate metrology
- Analytical thinking and high quality awareness
- Structured way of working and hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Good language skills in German and English
